Pineapple Bacon Pizza

Pineapple Bacon Pizza
  • 1 prebaked Italian bread shell
  • 1/2 c. sweet and sour sauce
  • 3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 c. mixed nuts, coarsly chopped
  • a couple slices of Canadian bacon, chopped
  • 1 c. shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend
  • cinnamon

1. Place the crust on a pizza pan.

2. Top with sauce, pineapple, nuts, bacon, cheese, and cinnamon.

3. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.

*Chicken could replace the bacon.
