One - Pan Breakfast

One-Pan Breakfast


  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Pepper to taste

1. In a large skillet, brown and crumble sausage

2. add potatoes and onion to the skillet

3. Cook until potatoes are browned

4. Gradually stir in eggs; cook and stir until set.

5. Top with cheese

6. Season with pepper
