Lo-Carb Crock Pot Herbed Round Steak
1 beef round steak
1 TBS oil
1 onion
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 TBS. garlic powder
1 TBS. Worcheshire Sauce
pepper, to taste
Cut meat into serving size pieces. Brown in oil. Slice onion and place in the bottom of the crockpot. Place meat on top. Combine remaining ingredients and pour on top of meat. Cook on High for 5 hours.
